the valves can take 140 safely, and all the piping is rated to twice that. also, the sprinkler valve is crap unless you modify it for pneumatic opening.

Me and My friend made a 3 inch barrel PVC Cannon for science. Im too pussy to go more than than 40 PSI or it may shoot the end cap right to our nuts.

I like the design. The Ram rod fits right in with everything.

Only thing i would suggest is modify the sprinkler valve to be pneumatically actuated. You would get a faster valve opening time and also eliminate the honk noise (An indication that the valve isn't venting fast enough)
