@UNSCODST13 The "Get out of here STALKER!" guy is some pissed off Duty guard; presumably mad because so many newbies keep flooding his base. The bar greeter guy is just friendly.

@Wesker72008 play on expert and pay 200k for it, or get fangs exo while killing some dudes near the bus in yantar and getting they'r stash info. But better have 4-5 artefacts used for fixing armor or u gona need tons of money.

lol, it is, unless you are really attached to the underbelly launcher. the strangest part is, the only reward you get from him for that gun, is a slug, which isnt exclusive to that mission, and can be obtained other ways

@hcig I like the underbelly launcher, especially since the Obokan's recoil is so easy to deal with. It's one of my favorite guns in the game, honestly (second to the GP 37). Couple the Obokan with a grenade launcher and armor piercing bullets and it's deadly. IF, you can shoot.

the recoil is a definite plus, but i think it takes a special kind of person to be able to perform successful solo assaults in stalker, of which i am not one, so i mostly throw out my lower powered rifles for a high powered, accurate one, i have the storming obokan, but i rarely use it, preferring to keep my distance from enemies, and taking them out with higher powered, longer ranged rifles, such as the dragunov (still trying to get ahold of a gauss gun though)

@dalakanya In Oblivion Lost 2010 (and probably other mods), Snitch sells a GP-25 for a moderate price (Skinflint sells them even cheaper). Snitch's GP-25 is the earliest launcher you can get.

@SwedeIndeed2 i finally did get it to work.... you just have to try alot of different guns. some of the times i used an I-85, sometimes it worked with an ak-74. its different every time i play through the game. good luck!

There's a bandit called "Friar" in a brown or black robe. He carries that gun.

To find him, just search all the places where bandits usually hangs out, like agroprom underground and wild territory by the tower.
