The Tau kicked Mankind's butt at least twice in the second and third sphere expansions. I really think that the Tau could easily take Holy Terra. Specially since Mankind is already weak because of the Tryranids. For the Greater Good!!!

@ND999taufan I agree to, but the Emperor is nearly at an end of his life. The only thing that keep him in life is a Golden Throne of Terra. And he constantly battling the realm of warp so that it doesn't consume Humanity, and not just Humanity. And Tau don't have right to question Imperial motives and wars, they are a young race. humanity was fighting for survival long before Tau ever existed.
Another good video. One time I took on the tau with an imperial guard army, they were pretty tough. Although they fell with a few might impacts from my artillery.
tau are great because they are clean. they dont have crazy people who shoot warp energy out of their hands like librarians. they actually understand their technology and dont pray to it. they are also nice in that they dont exactly seek the destruction of everybody else. if i could shoose a race and i wanted a good life, i would go Tau. and fight the insane legions of the Emperor, for the greater good!

Its a shame the tau won't last too long.... But what ever takes them out, will pay a very heavy price to do it. The tau are strong, smart, and deadly. Give them another thousand years and they very well could be on the way to ruling this galaxy

ok hold on a minute, the tau didnt invade the humans planet the humans invaded the tau's, stole there Etherial, so the tau fought back, the tau dont really invade anyone they just spread there belief on the greater good and if no one takes it they leave. I do agree though that the kroot are a brutal race but they are good at hand to hand combat you gotta admit. I like the tau Empire as much as the next faan but they dont look for war mearly defend themselves against it and put an end to it

@GuidoDude dude i dont think you have ever played or played against tau. the entire tau way of war is built around OFFENSE! tau win through supirior firepower and mobility and NEVER try to play defensivly. a tau general would rather evacuate a besieged city and come back later to retake it than try to defend it. naturaly such a fighting style would be best suited to attacking planets, sorry to sound like an ass but if someone rejects our greater good we force it down their throats

And thx to all the war and terrible things that happened the immaterium became so terrible as it is today. End the Eldar way of life was responsible for creating Slaanesh not the other three gods.

@MsMorphic I said that I like the Eldar, they helped us in the past. Even some of they see Humanity as their last hope of defeating the Chaos. But, it's their emotions that get them in this position, so they must spent the rest of their life holding them back. And most of them see us like a monkey that need to be exterminated because they cannot suffer the thought that we "undeveloped" have control of entire galaxy.

@MsMorphic Eldar and Humanity may share the same ancestor as far as we know. I am Imperial, but love aliens to. I am just disappointed that Eldar cannot see further than their own ignorance. And ordinary Humans don't battle daemons because they are easy to corrupt. Only someone with strong mind and uncrackable faith can battle them, like SoB, Space Marines and Grey Knights.

@ND999taufan I agree to, but the Emperor is nearly at an end of his life. The only thing that keep him in life is a Golden Throne of Terra. And he constantly battling the realm of warp so that it doesn't consume Humanity, and not just Humanity. And Tau don't have right to question Imperial motives and wars, they are a young race. humanity was fighting for survival long before Tau ever existed.

tau are great because they are clean. they dont have crazy people who shoot warp energy out of their hands like librarians. they actually understand their technology and dont pray to it. they are also nice in that they dont exactly seek the destruction of everybody else. if i could shoose a race and i wanted a good life, i would go Tau. and fight the insane legions of the Emperor, for the greater good!
now chaos, they just want to make the galaxy burn! that is cool! sick, but cool >:D

@huntercd Yes, Tau are clean from the Warp. and that is the only thing that gives them the advantage. And I see how they "understand" others. Their moto is "join us or we WILL you you to us." Their society is nothing different then the Imperium. Exept they open hands to those who want to help them, unlike the Imperium who only look for survival of Humanity. You will choose Tau and be dead in a few Years. First the Tyranids approach their Empire, than the Orks are beginning to raid it...

@2SSSR2 It is falsly claimed that the Tau will kill those who will not join them. People think that because Shas'O in Dark Crusade asked the Humans to join the Greater Good, and when the Humans aid 'no' he said that he'll destroy them. But hey, they were in war & the Tau were trying to regain Kronus from the greedy Humans, at least he gave them a chance to surrender.
