The reason why some people have trouble is this: Their EGO gets in the way. They have to KNOW how this stuff works. The releasing has to do with the letting go of HOW you will manifest. The universe does really find the most harmonious way to get you where you need to go. Not a bad idea creating this video but I think you need to have a script from which to read because it is hard to listen to you at times and for someone who is listening to this for the first time without understanding The Law of Attraction may not be convinced. Just a thought...

The premise, whatever we think about and thank about, we bring about is central to understanding The Law of Attraction. In Christian circles this concept is known as "name it and claim it" where the individual simply professes a desire and then claims that God will provide it. This is a Christianized form of an occult "truth". Rhonda and her Master Teachers are more than willing to use scripture to make their point.

I think you need to understand more about what 'The Secret' is actually trying to teach. You seem to paraphrase Rhonda Byrne just as well as you say that 'The Secret' paraphrases the Bible. Have a look at this video on YouTube... 'Where science and Buddhism meet'. There you will find a more practical understanding of the teachings in 'The Secret'. What you don't realise is that the ideas from The Secret are far older than Christianity itself, and that Christianity has adopted ideas elsewhere!

If all 'The Secret' does is teach people how to think positively instead of being cynical and pesimistic then it's got to be good for something. I think for myself and I think you should do the same instead of trying to think for me! I bet there is nothing in this world that you believe in that you can't understand or can't touch. I take what I want from the film, and don't believe EVERYTHING in it. I bet you haven't even researched metaphysics or quantum theory...

What you need to realise is that you don't know everything. 200 years ago people laughed at the idea of man flying or at the idea that we weren't the center of the universe...You will see one day that your beliefs that the mind is not key to everything will be categorised in the same manner as those previous beliefs.
