in the united kingdom, wealth generation has less to do with the government in power than it does with philosophical motivation, application of knowledge and skill as well as inidividual attitude.

poverty is a mindset not a genetic trait. many poor people CHOOSE to change their lives for the better. others decide to sit around blaming governments and scavenging handouts.
