For the people that have died due to not being able to afford to see a doctor, it's not 50.000 a year mind you, health care is a necessity for them. But in order to help them you must force a doctor to help them for free. Therefore it cannot be a right. Set up a group and see if everybody would pitch in and run with it, Hope it works.
