Steve, Happy New Year! We moved so we have not had interenet at home for a week or so, I have missed watching your videos. It's pretty sad when a grown man will go to a coffee shop just to get wifi and watch shaving videos!!! Keep making them, I know I will continue to watch them. As for me, I never make a new years resolution, I think it is cliche and we always break them anyway. I try to stay healthy and do the right thing all year long so there really isn't much to make a resolution for. Kee

I'm trying Arko products (stick and moisturising cream, ordered @ total-shave.nl... both amazing stuff... arko soap smell, reminds me the one used by my grandmother washing shirt and so one... lemongrass...marseille soap... simple love) and De Vergulde Hand shaving cream (really great Dutch cream). Let me know what do you think about Italian soaps (Proraso & Cella for example)
Happy New Year Steve.The horse hair smell will go soon.You can help this along by just washing it a few time with shampoo.They´re very good direct face lather brushes.
@Junkyard74 U have been leaving it unwashed covered in soap to soften and "Desmell" I must try direct face with it next time and see how ti works for that my badger has spoilt me in some extent
@1xraydoc the problem with the progres is its a great razor Im generally not over keen on short handled, and it is a retro modern as opposed to the Futur which lives up to its name
@seedood the rape scene was very disturbing, but in context of the story it did work, acting great story was really strong, I was so glad Christopher Plummer wasnt a baddie.....and its put me off putting on my best of Enya CD....
Aside from length, what are the differences between the Progress and Futur? Which do you like better?
