Plus he has a calculator you can use to calculate how many calories, carbs, fat and protein you are supposed to take in each meal. Check it out. I've gained about 15 pounds of muscle since last year.

And eat nothing but steamed vegetables,chicken,fish,brown rice, eggs, and etc. Absolutely eliminate drinking sodas, fried foods, cakes... etc OOhh and theres only 2 really essential vitamins you need to take. An omega fish oil 3-6-9 and vitamin D3-1000.
