  • Hey. Don't give up. Work harder. Lift weights more for about an hour. Check out scooby1961. He has a channel that gives great information about working out properly and proper nutrition for free. Plus he has a calculator you can use to calculate how many calories, carbs, fat and protein you are supposed to take in each meal. Check it out. I've gained about 15 pounds of muscle since last year.

  • Good progress ! It's easy to hate when all you do is sitting at a computer. I work out alot myself and i know how much time and dedication you have to put into your work to get good results. Keep on the good work and just laugh it off when it comes to the haters. Maybe they could post a video of their progress if they are so fucking tough :)

  • just stumbled upon your vid. Just thought I would give you some good advice. Save your money and stop taking all these products. Go to the gym almost everyday! And eat nothing but steamed vegetables,chicken,fish,brown rice, eggs, and etc. Absolutely eliminate drinking sodas, fried foods, cakes... etc OOhh and theres only 2 really essential vitamins you need to take. An omega fish oil 3-6-9 and vitamin D3-1000.
