@b74k3 Two bands: The Jimi Hendrix Experience, and Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. Hell, add in tons of 30s and 40s big band artists (Cab Calloway, anyone?), and Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble for the 80s blues revival.

I will say that Spigot Blister and the Chest Pimps, while funny, is unsuitable for a band name, though. Besides, no one in RHCP is named Spigot Blister, it's just naturally funny words put together.

I can play real drums, have played on and off for about 6 years, I simply find Rock Band to be quite a lot of fun. Sure, I can go play 'real' drums, but does that track scores ? Can you play along with which-ever song you won't without having to go track it down and set it up ? Well, you can on the last one, but it takes longer.

My point is, the reason we all play it is because it's FUN, and that's what it's all about.
