I don't think President Obama is an illegal alien; however, he is hiding the long form of his birth certificate for a reason that he refuses to explain. Since Hawaiian birth certificate laws were different in the early 1960's skeptics have speculated that the type of certificate issued, the home address and even the person signing the document may not be what one would expect.

It is accepted as legal proof of birth and citizenship in court house and at the custom. The COLB posted online and widely touted as Obamas birth certificate does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same short-form document is easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true long-form birth certificate which includes information such as the name of the birth hospital and attending physician is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny.

In conclusion. The paper the parent(s) are given at the hospital in the state the child is born IS NOT THE ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. You have to take that paper down to your local County office and, they will issue you the Birth Certificate. So since my wife, step daughter, and I are not citizens. Now you are factually incorrect, the only difference between short and long forms is the amount of information included. As long as the parents names are included on the short form it almost always can be used in lieu of the long form, which the released certificate DOES!
