just gorgeous dance!! and QuadPencheeTurn, i where heel pads on floor to, the floor can be really unforgiving to a gymnast especially when growing and heel pain is very common.

Is she wearing heal pads? I don't understand why you'd need to project our heels on floor...I can see why only on beam, if you're doing front tucks.

Not to be mean, but Sui Lu is famous of her beautiful performance at home and weak performance internationally.

Omg you were so right. After 2009 worlds I thought she would have learnt something, and after looking super solid in every competition in 2010, she totally lost it at worlds this year
