Damn 10-46? Thats way way to light for Drop A (they may be easier for soloing, but they make the chords sound way to muddy). Should use around 11-56 (Jim's gauge) or at least 12's. But great playing man!

I would have to create a custom gauge because i never found the perfect gauge for me..

@xxjamesroot92 ernie ball beefy slinkys are beast for drop tuning. drop b sounds like god when you play. drop a is when it gets a wee bit muddy, which is the case in this song, but it's better than playing on 10s, haha

I don't like Slipknot one bit, in fact I despise them to some extent, but friends of mine have told me how they have the most amazingly technical solos, and their guitarists are virtuosic. While this is out my my league, it's nothing special at all, esp. compared to virtually everything I listen to.

They are awesome guitarists but they are NOT virtuoso guitar players. Being a virtuoso is wholly another level of guitar playing. It's total mastery of fretboard.
