although it is indeed mimed- it is a live studio vocal recording. so she is miming to her own LIVE vocal which she re-recorded in 2004 over the original 1990 CD vocal! ace performance. look for the rhythm of love album "totp medley" for a proper LIVE vocal of 4 of her best hits elsewhere on youtube!
