If my memory serves me right, this was the theeme song of The 1980 Winter Olympic Team. If that's true, then it was VERY appropriate. Nice job, Chuck!
Charles Meat-Man Meeks on bass, James Jail-Bait Bradley Junior on Drums, Grant Geissman on Guitar and the uncompareable Chris Vadalla on Sax... I'll never forget this song and the time period it brings me back to.

I love this guys music, i play his music in school on my flugel horn, and i lost the hat i have like that, and i want to grow a beard out just like that!!!! This guy is going to go down in history
@teratophobia I wouldn't be so sure. We're coming both to the 32nd anniversary (on Feb. 13th) of the opening of the very memorable 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid (my junior year in high school) and a Summer Olympics this year in London and I'm going to be celebrating both with this video shared on my facebook next Monday, the 13th. (And much of this year on my FB will be of music from or inspired by the Olympics since I lived and still live in past Olympics city, Atlanta.)
I played in a jazz band in high school and I loved Chuck Mangione. Great mello sound. Chris Vidala is great on the sax in this song. Thanks for the video.
Love this song. Also love the 70's approved porn-staches.

If Chuck Mangione is seen, it will be reminded of nostalgic friend Mr.WADA. Hey WADA It will connect, if it is looking by somewhere.

LOL check out 0:48! You know King of the Hill gives this guy no break!
Love the song but it damn near blew my speakers. Gotta' love that analog technology we had back in the day!
P.s... you gotta' love the fact that he kept running back and forth from keys to horn! He really wasgiving it all he got.
