The last time I saw him playing at Carnegie Hall in the Woody Herman Orchestra under the direction of Frank Tiberi in June 1996 with a bill that included singer Anita O'Day. Second I met solo trumpeter Buck Clayton when he had his big band play at The Viilage Gate in Spring 1990 and I attended his music memorial at Saint Peters Lutheran

Well, it's clear that by 1959 the dancers had completely forgotten how to jitterbug. Their dancing is pathetic.
