This is some really gorgeous, evocative playing, Bob. I love the timbre of the acoustic stick. And, sorry for your loss, that inspired such a beautiful song...life is thus, paradoxical.
Sorry you lost your friend so soon but we must go when we must, I guess, no stopping that, but, what an honor to have a friend who will remember you by dedicating a very special song. Your music is beautiful and I would like to hear a "slow" song and can't wait to listen to the rest of your video's. Thank you for taking the time to post what is in your heart.
This is absolutely beautiful. i really do love your music and i think that you are a great instrumentalist. These videos of your sooth me and make me look at things with and upward view. thank you for showing us your talent.
@hambone8080 We have been working on more prototypes. I know it has taken forever to produce a production model. All I can say is that I talked to Emmett a couple times recently and we really are interested in producing a production model. I need to continue to work out a few bugs and hopefully it will be done. I don't want to say how long it will take but if it can happen in a year or 2 I would be happy.
Thank you for your patience and interest. I hope it will happen sooner than later.
@bobculbertson it's perfect the way it is. In several of my composition errors are part of the creation. I am sure Virginia wont matter your "Licenza Poetica' (Poetic License ... to make little mistakes when they comes form the heart)
thx again this song brigs me closer to her. Aldo-STM
@bobculbertson I am just going to throw out the opinion that perhaps the thumbs down comes from the harpsichord like sound of the Acoustick in this recording. Personally I like the instrument and this piece but in my experience of harpsichords, of which I find this to sound very similar, some people do not like that tone.
@SuperBenzid After monitoring the video a couple months I saw that the all of the thumbs down except 2 showed up in one day! If anyone knows how this can happen let me know. I fully accept that not everyone likes my music. There are short comings with the Acoustick we are working on. The balance between the 2 hands is off. I had to play a little harder on the melody side. If someone wants to thumb-it please give some constructive feedback. I am always learning too. Thank You for your feedback.
Dear Bob i would to thank you to compose a song for Virna for her memory.. i'm a Virna student and she's always on my mind when i play on stage or in my room when i pratice..
thank you.. hope to meet you soon in some seminary

Beautiful music - loved the sound of the acoustic stick - Will definitely be interested in one of these if they come to fruition.
I love the melody rising above the arpeggios, a haunting and soulful legato sound.
Please come to the UK so we can hear you live!

The return of the infamous Acoustick... Will this ever be a production model? I've asked that question for 7 yrs

Just because this piece left you in tears does not mean you hit the wrong thumb-button. It's the other way around.

Bob's the best. Nice tune. Caught the flavor of Virna. And a Picardi Third.
