I hope I move back to Killeen by 9th grade because I want to go to Killeen High School. That place is awesome!

I lived in Killeen for 15 years before I moved to Washington state & when I had lived there, I thought that place was boring as fuck BUT now that Im not there; I feel as though I have to represent my home town.

Wow. I lived in Killeen for 10 years or so. I live in Washington State now, too, but I never want to go back. I grew up there in the early 80s, before the Killeen Mall. I remember looking behind our house and seeing Manor middle school a gas station, and a large water tower where the carnival would come. Those fields are long gone now, completely covered by houses, stores and restaurants. I loved Killeen 25-30 years ago. The last time I was there, it was a ghetto. :(

Low crime....it's a safe place to live....though boring to those use to bigger cities..... Centrally located to most large Texas cities like Dallas and Houston....3 hours or so driving.....short lines at the airport....still growing....Low housing costs compared to most of the U.S.

I used to live in Killeen (from 1996-1998). I was stationed in Ft. Hood there, when I was in the Army.

The Luby's was still there. In 2000, I heard they lost business and became a Chinese restaurant?

I live in Killeen , and it's o.k. But, they need to stop building all the mass housing and build more parks for the kids. So, many houses, but nothing for the kids who live in them to do.Nowhere, for them to play accept in the streets(in front of thier homes) or in school parking lots . How sad.We need more parks less, housing.But your video was good , sorry about the venting.

I just came to Killeen to visit...and I say nuke the shithole!!! It is low-class as it gets without being a ghetto. When they attempt to coverse with me I just think Killeenites. The place has one street really, the highway! No person outside of this place, hell the state can remotely like Killeen. Although Copperas Cove people are pretty dumb and lame themselves.
