It reminds me a little of Quick Man, but a little of Wave Man as well. Especially near the start.
Well, regardless of what it reminds me of, this is one fantastic tune!

@milkymcgee12 Turbo man was Quick man's counter-part, it is even said in Rockman & Forte (Data-chip info) that they are rivals. It does sound a lot like Quick man's stage music though, if that's what you meant.
