  • Hey Renato from the U.S.! Listen, you did 50 reps on that first chest exercise, just so I understand correctly, that mean you do 200 total after the 4 sets right? Can you list about how much weight you were using on the exercises?

    Also, you said this workout was for tone and definition, do you do another workout with heavier weights to build size?

  • @cait65075 The way your body will respond to each type of workout is up to your REST, GENETICS and DIET.

    If you have a diet with a high intake of protein, the ideal amount of amino-acids and vitamins, you should be getting ripped, toned, bigger, besides that your cardiovascular system, brain, immune system, strength, speed, response, respiratory system should be working at its best and improving it.

    This workout I focussed in increasing my chest and abs, toning my biceps and shoulders.

  • @pbfesh Yes, I can. There is a lot of my own food recipes on my website at the Wellness session and I daily post things I eat at my twitter, so check it out there until I create a video for that.

    For now I'm still focusing at the working out videos and besides that the kitchen of my house is not really nice to tape me cooking my dinner, lunch or any meals actually.

    Wait until beginning of summer (beginning of June) and I will do a shit lot of videos during my vacations, how does that sounds?

  • I really liked the video. I can't really prove it because I don't have a membership to any gym, but it seems really good and tough. It would be nice to hear you talk about what else, besides exercise, you do to keep that body. May be some tips for us people who can't go to a gym yet. What ever you decide to post, as long as it is helpfull in any way, I'll keep on watching.

  • @andretavares Thanks bud! I'm glad to read that the first person that wrote a review about this video already tried the workout and had it approved.

    I will do some further researches and tests about different kinds of supplements before giving advices about it. I don't want to make any of you waste money in something that I didn't test or that I don't truly believe in its results.
