@HeyChickaBumBum100 It is a part of it sometimes but always? No, actually most of the time the cops and Batman are on good terms. I don't know your main source of Batman media but I seen the Bat-single lit a million times more then I seen the cops chasing Batman

@21centuryg I don't know how much people get payed for this, but to be honest you wouldn't have to be very advanced with computers to scan in drawings and animate them exactly like this in flash, one person with some artistic talent, a basic knowledge of flash and probably a few weeks to spare could easily make one of these by his or her self no problem
