@yak1987 thanx bro. i wanted to but then i had to travel and i havent changed my passport photo yet so i had to shave to be able to get through immigration using that passport. but i havent shaved since the 7th so i dunno if it will count lol. i dont plan on shaving for the rest of the month tho!
@MrAshtonRenae well I went to a diet specialist who ran some test and I found out the reason I was so over weight was b/c my body was producing too much cortisol which is a hormone that cause ur body to retain excess fat. Once I started taking meds for that and working out I dropped the weight dramatically.
@MrAshtonRenae I still have a long way to go though, I need to lose at least 30 more pounds to reach the weight I was in high school which is my goal. Hopefully sometime early next year I'll have reached it lol
