I did use the droid wheels to make the bearing. But I used medium size wheels, the old fashioned technic ones that fit into the droid wheel's slot. I used some electric motors from radio shack to turn the turntable as well as all the other functions on the machine.. they are a bit torquier that the stock lego motors.
thank you - the best place to go for pics and diagrams are the websites of the people who build the real thing - google on 'krupp' or 'man-takraf', 'o&k' and companies like that and then look on their websites for their PDF sales brochures. Good luck!
it was a question. i have enough lego to build this and probly 2 more. i was merly asking if there was instructions. there is no need 2 b a twat about it.
lol, i bet you don't have enough legos to build half of this thing muzz. anyone who had that much lego would know there is no kit for this creation. well done again ben
i was mearly asking wether or not it was a box set, as in england they dont have half of what they have else were. if you dont belive how much lego i have tuff shit

Did you use droid wheels and balls to make a giant bearing? How does the turntable cope with the torque needed to rotate the structure?
