How is this software compared to Dreamweaver?

Dreamweaver is oriented towards more professional types, so is this software more newbie friendly? It looks very simple!!

It seems that coding will one day be obsolete or at the least obscure. App Inventor, XCode, CoffeeCup(Windows), etc... all use drag & drop. You can still need to know coding for most of these dev. environments.

How well do these sites render in IE? This looks like a true alternative to iWeb with a lot of the same features. I do think, however, that iWeb has a little bit more customization option and you can really extend iWeb's features to any limit. Great video!
