I used it with My HTC Evo and called an iPhone 4 and worked great.

I guess it is not available in 3gs because its camera is on the back. So you can not see the incoming video while you send your video.

@pblkn It does work with the iPhone 3GS, it's just not practical due to a lack of a front facing camera. I did try this out with my 3gs and a buddy of mine using a droid x. it worked but we had to flip the phone around so we could see each other.

wow, so this is just like making free calls including free video calling, thats amazing. Only thing is that, well, people have to have tango on their phones in order to use it. I'll stick to FaceTime meanwhile if this app ever goes popular.
