I wish this game would get a sequel - I really enjoyed it, but there was a lot wrong with it, and I think a sequel could make some significant improvements with a bit more polish, depth and variety.

Ragnarök is an event that was fortold. It's odd that people don't connect Ragnarök to 2012. Ragnarök is the end of all things and it's a line of natural disasters where all men and gods die united in a final battle against evil. One man and one woman will survive.

this is a good game but it has its problems. the battles are epic. but there is 2 much fafing about before the charge. it was worth the effort but would like more war and less solo stuff. if not u could at least bring some companions........still, good game.

Yeah well many things are wrong in his explanation...

Midgaard was the world of humans ,giants and creatures , Asgaard was the world of the gods .

And their was no hell , only an underworld or Svartalfheim .

and the war between humans and gods, was called Ragnarok , not ragna ...

Only 2 humans survived the war , aswell as Odin's brother and sons and thor's sons..all gods were destroyed .

That's the true story of ragnarok x-)

Hel in the other hand is norse mythology, but it's not a bad place to come to afer death. Valhall is where you'r going to if you die in battle, Hel is where you go to if you die

becuz of the age or in a sickness, thats why many women, children and old people comes to Hel. so why should Hel attack midgård?

and why should the hero be blessed by Freja, and not Tor, who is the god of war?

I'm not enitrely sure of the process they took to decide that it was indeed Troy, however the general consensus is that it is indeed Troy. It is in the right spot, was burnt down at the right time... Try googling Troy and you'll find out more, also as much as everyone hates it, Wikipedia is often a good place to start looking (just don't let it be the only place you look ;) )

Most of the Greek mythodical figures were fakes. Vikings were real, and they slaughtered people exaxtly like Skarin does in this game.
