We know a camel put the dung and footprints there because we have WITNESSED camels doing it before. No such evidence exists for god's existence. Which is why we have 100's of religions.

Doing any good deed in order to please Allah is an act of worship. Also, avoiding a bad deed is an act of worship.
Why should we worship Allah?

The planets existing is NOT evidence of a higher power in the sense that this guy is talking about... a higher power in the sense that it took great energies in order to build the sun and its planets... but certainly NOT of a creator being...
let's say that it is evidence of a creator being... which one? out of the thousands of "gods" who have claimed to have been the creator... how do you choose?

there is a God who controls everything. Allah has put orbit for each of those things.
That "proof" was good enought for some thousand years ago. But today we have some great science that can really tell very much how it all got her. We do not yet have the answers for bigbang and DNA ans suchas. But that dont mean that the point automaticall goes to the religious side.
To those people who deny the existence of God, Allah questions them about His creatures. Who is the creator of sperm and plant? People or God the All Wise Creator?
Have ye seen that which ye emit?
Do ye create it or are We the creator? [Quran 56:58-59]
Have ye seen that which ye cultivate?
Is it ye who foster it, or are We the Fosterer? [Quran 56:63-64]
Was it ye who made the tree thereof to grow, or were We the grower? [Quran 56:72]
