black templar codex is better but if you want lots of terminators buy the dark angels codex

These are painted pretty well. I would suggest applying a couple of washes and a highlight or two. Nice work. :)

The Space Marine codex is the place to go for White Scars. ;)

Get the space marine codex it has the white scars stuff. And yes it has all the variants for the land speeder.

Yes the bikes come completely unassembled it comes with normal front plates too, Have you ever built like a normal model air plane? well normal 40k kets come like that. I know you've only got black reach but normal kets don't come like that.
