Good tips. I have gotten a lot of investors by looking on Craigslist and searching for all the houses that say "remodeled," "rehabbed," or "renovated." I then look at the address on Zillow to see when it was last bought. If it was bought recently then I know for sure that it is a rehabber. So I then call them, chat them up, and add another investor to my list!!!
