I personally know a few really good artists, with quality work and some solid experience, but yes i know what you mean. Often the people get a shitty wanna- be tattoo guy to work on them who had little or no "Apprenticeship" & fuck-all experience & they think it looks great. I think that is what you are referring too ;)-
