Agree. Others try to get more effect by playing louder or banging harder. Barry uses tension, surprise and confidence to gain maximal impact on the listener.

This is more like the Bond theme from the Roger Moore era, very horn heavy. It needs the bite of the electric guitar to really drive it along.
