Wolverine Origins was a crap adaptation of Logan's past. Logan a.k.a James Howlett is like nearly 200 years old and they simply rushed the story. there was a lot they could have displayed of Wolverine's past. Then the Weapon XI character was absolutely silly.

@el10presidential I too have also found script more important that special effects. In my opinion Wolverine origins movie was embarrassingly scripted. Some of the humour plots were inane. Wolverine has regenerative capability- he has fought in multiple wars- even trying to stop Victor Creed from constantly shooting while on a helicopter. Why would be scared of flying. How can you fuse powers into one character. If it was a complete artificially grown mutant, that would have made sense.

Was really hoping the movie would be like this. Instead they added characters that should not have been there esp. Gambit. I read the novel by Marc Cerasini and loved it. In the novel Wolverine, after capture gets tortured by the guards who douse him with gasoline and light him on fire But eventually he reheals and is ready for the adamantium bonding process.

This game cinematic is so much better than that ridiculous cinema release. At least in this one you really feel the brutal and dangerous history of wolverine's past. You really observe the extent of Wolverine's healing powers and special forces skills. This cinematic really describes the sort of horrible past Logan is very lucky to forget. Much closer to the novel by Marc Cerasini. 5/5 for me.

This game is so brutal that it makes me smile every time I play it. And it's awesome how a movie-based game actually beats the crap out of the movie itself. I wish Ravensoft had more time with this game, it would have been a classic.

This game trailer beats everything in Wolverine Origins the movie by far. The movie was a complete joke. As an Marvelavid comic reader, I have to say so. @duboman3 nothing said from nowon is 100 % fact but what i've heard and read: FOX had strict demands what the movie would look and feel like, i guess they wanted it to NOT be +18, so they spidermanned it. Ravensoft had other thoughts, they're huge fans of the x-men franchise and wanted to create a game that respects their source material. Finnish magazine "Pelit" (Games in english) wrote that FOX was this close to but the game on ice when they saw the very early version of it, i guess too brutal
