Ron who made a decision to give to the Lord. Praise God for all who give to Him across the world we live in.

@ren2020ky, isn't it hateful to refer to others as idiots? Perhaps the answer to your question, why is hate real, is to be found in your own heart. Let me suggest that you take a look inside and ask, why do I hate.

@colbypastor I do not see any of the earlier discussion that you are commenting on. But in general popular discussions, I notice that: (1) Jesus used harsh language, (2) we usually ignore the PURPOSE intended. If I could get my alcoholic cousin to stop drinking, and save her life from a failing liver, is there anything I would not say to save her life? Whatever it might take to encourage a change that is ultimately beneficial. (This is not hypothetical.)
@PeterFescue, I completely agree with you. I was responding to an athiest who made an ironic post. He questioned the existence of God by pointing to the existence of hatred. Then this champion of love called those of us who believe, idiots. I was pointing out his hypocrisy, and trying to help him see that he cannot have it both ways, and I encouraged him to focus on the hatred in his own heart, inquire as to the source of it, and then enter into a more thoughtful discussion.
