Did this young guy really win the Lottery ? Sometimes I get the feeling these lotterys are fake, or fixed so people will keep playing and these states rake in all that money from the poor people, who are ones who play lottery the most because they have other hope in life, but some low paying dead end job, and struggling to pay the rent or the mortgage ? I play it once in a while, but I have my suspicions. Am I being to cynical here ?
