But he aint the least bit right in what he said....look at Swizz....his tracks aint the least bit melodic, but will blow the roof off any club, look at Bangladesh, only thing remotely melodic about his tracks is the basslines....sometimes, no chord progressions, just STYLE and CREATIVITY.

Judging a hip hop beat on the amount of theory used is just as ass backwards as judging a rapper on intonation or timbre....it just doesnt fucking matter in hip hop. And this is comming from a jazz trumpeter/pianist turned hip hop producer, the latter of which i use the least amount of training and more raw expression. Why dont YOU blow YOURSELF with a chipped tooth and braces and leave the judging to the ALMIGHTY!!! @JunJoke kit was incredible, thanx a millz n keep doin U!!!

And yo co-signing ass not making sense at all. You're talking about "composing" in a conversation about "producing". Two COMPLETELY different things. Composing is creating music from scratch with only your own original ideas. Producing is like rearranging existing sounds and musical ideas to make them your own. I dont know how this "means to be constructive", but all the sideline hating is whats REALLY making the game wack today. Give the brother some encouragement, and then EAT SHIT!
