The psi wheel, according to Scientific American, is NOT a scam but the result of natural energy flows in the body. I performed this experiment using an entirely different shape of wheel under tightly controlled conditions. In time you can make it stop and start abruptly, change directions etc. Heat in the hands has nothing to do with it.

Many scientific dissertations are only concluded. There isn't always a concrete proof about some things. And telekinesis and parapsychology are also science, believe it or not. :)

The general understanding of the vast majority of physicists is that quantum mechanics and consciousness have nothing to do with each other. The only claimed connected - that consciousness causes collapse of the wavefunction- is not taken seriously by any physicists and runs into serious experimental difficulties aside from being not very precisely defined.

Your hands may be cold compared to other people's hands, but even at their coldest (unless you've been rubbing your hands on ice for a while, in which case you'd probably have frostbite), your hands are still around or above 30 degrees Celcius (or 86 Farenheit if you're using that scale).
Also, the phrase "true fact" is tautological, as facts are, by their very nature, true.

This is a very valid point made, which will doubtless apply to a lot of psionic practitioners. However, when practicing stuff like this you should always apply a scientific method. By that I mean don't cup your hands like this, do it with your hands far away, enclose it in a glass bowl, take precautions against all air movement, and finally don't just stick to a paper wheel! Once you're fine with that, and you're sure it's real, grab a pen, or a marble, or a paperclip - whatever else.
