Coming from a predominantly muslim country where beauty pageants are still taboo and unpopular, let alone wear a 2-piece bikini, I give credit to Miss Indonesia for asserting her right to choose to participate in a global pageant and represent her country. That takes courage. Go girl!

Personally I thought she was made to wear them but I I think another contestant cheekily swapped it to cover up their fatty body hence she had no choice but to wear them. Furthermore Putri is not muslim so I believe it is alright to do so. And yes I think she looks better in 2 pieces.
