I hated seeing him get a push at the start, but god damn.. Did he take the ball and run with it or what? One of the best heels and WWE champions of all time.
This is my favorite JBL tribute on YouTube. His Title reign was legendary, with so many memorable matches and moments. JBL should definitely be inducted into the Hall of Fame someday for record-breaking Title reign and not to mention he was one of the best mic workers in the Business. Respect.
JBL's and Yokozuna's title reigns were incredibly identical, both won their titles in June and lost it at WrstleMania and for the exact same ammount of days
JBL was so great, I wish he'd lost the title to someone better than Cena, Preferably to any of the guys he'd versed before for the title, Guerrero, Undertaker, Booker T, Big Show Angle. They were all better.
JBL reign as Champion was a great one at that, He was an actual classic heel, you know the guy you love to hate. He was on everyones bad side. JBL's promos were one of the best and unique. JBL had great rivalries as well, WWE did good choice with this one Im a huge fan JBL and still am. JBL was used now he's just a joke, WWE think he isnt good enought, He should make the change already.
@LethalMacho He's got a point, the way he stopped wrestling: challenging for the WWE Title and losing, then losing the IC title at WM25 in less than a minute, plus he getting stunned by Austin before WM this year, he's lost most credibility, his 2nd comeback was incredibly ineffective.
