@ObsessedJay It was in JAG, where he played a midshipman, if I'm not mistaken, his character's name was "Danny Walden", or I could be wrong, but I'm sure it was JAG. Unfortunately I don't know from which episode it was, he was the only NCIS regular who appeared as a recurring character of JAG before the NCIS pilot even aired.
