Think how this will look 100 years from now when we're all gone.You'll be like a screen queen from the 1920's.The viewers will be saying stuff like,yeah that was actually her before she got the good camera and did the vegetables stuff before she hit it in movies.
You can't edit the video? I could never throw anything on YouTube unedited. The frame-rate is terrible, but the contrast makes you look all kinds of gorgeous.
On a side note, take a look at my To Zanarkand video and tell me what you think.
The camera has a frame rate of 30 - which makes everything out of synch and jerky for some reason - but if I pre-record and reduce it to 25 frames a second it seems fine (but Quick Capture is straight onto Youtube with no planning!)

we used to have japes around here but somebody trap them all for there fur oh and be careful with yor new camera, i got jollity one time and had to take penicilin
I am not saying that there may be an Elies Harris webcam effect but I have tried to comment 4 times now and am, as you would expect , in tears (yeah right) dos this mean we can have live performances, macbeth for one could be a masterpiece if pitched right.. I was wondering if I could use my canon as a webcam, but even if I could it would be tricky as the only place to put the tripod that would point at my computer chair is in front of the entrance to the living room which would be a little inconvenient. Especially as it takes three strong men to move it.

I had to get a little one from Currys. My normal camera can't do webcam stuff at all.

It is Advent. As someone pointed out the contrast is a bit off - I think it has a lot to do with the direct sunlight through my window though.
