Gears Of War PC runing on Geforce 6200

Now I guess I it would be easy to make some smart arse comment about "Which pixel was the war?" ..but I'm rather impressed. In particular that concrete or stone horizontal block which is being used as cover for the protagonist has some impressive bump mapping. It looks cool! Goes to show where the engine uses the DX9 capabilties of such cards. I also have an AGP 6200 coming my way my kind donation ready for my 2.8ghz Athlon running 2gig RAM so I am of course biased. But I don't care. Awesome. :)

Its a windows live game so you can use a 360 controller on th pc. I have the little wireless connector they sell it look it up. and this card runs it but not great spend like 100 and get a better card.

ahahah well, pentium 4 is actually pretty good, if its clocked at around 3.4. If u upgrade ur processor go for a core i7, i advise gigabyte motherboard x58 and the core i7 920 version, then oc a little if u want a little more performance.

Go for the 8600GT. A friend of mine has one, it's actually got quite a bit of power. That, and they overclock really well. Crysis was on Medium with some Very high, and it averaged 42 FPS at 1024x768. I think his system is:

... the 6200 is more powerful than some ppl think... they dont have 1 so they r clueless... i have a 16mb 6200TC its a lil slow when it comes to textures cuz it uses TC but theres right many games i can max out (640x480 res and NO aa) i do it with Unreal Tournament 3. crysis is like the only game i played that i cant max out :( i can get some settings high but shaders and shadows HAVE to be low
