Actually, if you read the book, it said that the Chief and other SPARTANs had difficulty fighting the Covenant. Grunts in large numbers are dangerous, and they had a lot of trouble with Hunters. For the Elites, I remember the book stating that the Elites are almost equal in every parameter. I remember seeing a line saying Elites are the SPARTANs of the Covenant. This video just wants to show a SPARTAN kicking ass without these boundaries holding him/her back.
