For those that the screenshot doesn't work just try to hold the lock button for 2 seconds and press the home button and the screenshot will be taken. Idk if its on HTC only but thats the way i do it on my HTC Vivid

@073JanuS Hold home button. If Task Manager Dialog appears, tap on back button to close it but still by keep holding home button. Then with your another finger, press power button to capture your screenshot (you still hold home button, don’t you? :-p) . If you success, there will be notification sound and text. Check on you gallery after you finish.

@YoMaVids easy just find the zip file load it on your SD, turn it on recovery use the install update select the file and will install and reboot, after that u will see the superuser app, BTW it came with 2.3.4 and didn't made any mod, hope that helps ya!!
