While I'm not the biggest fan of the movie but I LOVE that it filmed in Philadelphia (I live near Philadelphia) and in Mt. Lauren, NJ and that Mo'Nique had a role in it. I also enjoyed seeing SEPTA's Regional Rail train in the movie too.

She is dying of cancer and on tons of medication (morphine etc) and he is trying to kill her in the most humane way he knows, while having sex with her, yes, but also in the only way he knows being an assassin...
