I thought that too at first, but then when you think about A's motives you can kind of realize that she does things so that they benefit her/him in some way. And I think that the reason why A did that was not to be nice, but to create more leverage for her/himself. If Aria and Ezra are broken up then A doesn't have anything on Aria to blackmail her with. So by showing Aria the poem, it was bound to instigate their reunion which works to A's advantage. More dirt on Aria.
