Thank you for this! I have been searching for something to help a teacher struggling with a class of "fast forward" kids dumped into his technology vocational educational class because the school system doesn't have resources to help them learn - they just need to keep them there to keep their public school funding. So sad. Maybe this will help give them a chance to learn a life skill in spite of their backgrounds.

you have to love here class.. the first time i did this dance i was kind of lost but it is a great dance to relax your brain and your self aswell.
