You seem to have the right attitude, but when the other half is pushing and shoving and jockeying for a better vantage point, one is forced to cough up thousands of dollars and the ones who win are the attorneys. Mediation does not work most of the time. The woman has all the rights and mediation is negotiation, ie the woman will have to give up some things.
Mediation is a sublime way for feminist and other who profit off the system to try and make the extortion racket it is , look platable. Mediation to them, is giving a man some small bone and hoping he won't fight them.
The feminazis' realize the fathers rights movement is rising fast and they are trying to forstall if for as long as possible.
Most of the gold digging 1st wives club will REFUSE mediation! It should be illegal. They keep on because they are under the impression that they won't be paying the legal fees...sad thing is, here in good ol CA, they're right. Makes me sick! I was divorced and I would never have done that to my ex!

This is what often happens, with one spouse refusing to play along out of spite.
And it is most often the non-working WOMAN who perpetrates this, because they want to join the ranks of the gold digging "first wives club" thanks to CA law.
The divorce laws in CA are stupid, punitive, promote aggression, destroy lives, sabotage future marriages, and make lawyers wealthy.
Would it be cheaper and easier to just SHOOT your spouse ! !
