I read the first Artemis Fowl book at college because of my motherlanguage teacher. I read the first book and i was amazed how good it was. In one week I read all of them expect the Atlantic Complex. Now I'm exited and sad because i have almost read all of em. When the new Artemis Fowl will be released if there will be one. I hope so.

My english sucks. Please don't whine to me :d

@silvery741 Ah, yes there is, actually. I read in the books, that that code has said something about "Mud-Fairies" Half Human and half fairy-person. Longer ears and more down to earth. You'd have to. Also, in one of the books, Holly kissed him, and she is very affectionate toward him. And Orion, Artemis's ... eh... Weird side... has fallen for her too.

Hmm...My biggest problem with the information here is learning of Eoin Colfer's regret in the spelling of Artemis Fowl's name. Honestly, I love it the way it is, and I hate the idea that Colfer would wish to change the spelling to "Artimus" purely because of a few negative comments. Also, I'm disappointed in how slowly the movie is coming along, because I desperately want to see Artemis Fowl in theaters...

i've been reading the artemis fowl books for about 5 years now and i hafta say, i really want a movie *sigh* although i'm still glad there'll be a new series and everything, i just wish arty's movie would come out first. :P

@MandaChan174 Like most books, the movie isn't close to as good sadly. It's near impossible to write a good screenplay that will make both non-readers and readers happy. We can always hope though.
