If the only difference between an ar15 and m16 is the select fire option in the m116 then why are these rifles labeled as m16's and m4's? Not trying to be a punk or pick at the video, I'm genuinely curious.

its military vs civilian, ar1 is civilian and m16 is military. the m4 is a shortened version of the m16a2, usually with a collapsible stock

well,the remington .223 is civilian. 5.56x45 is military....bt they are basically the same thing, they are interchangable

No they are not. Whether or not you agree they are actually different cartridges and produce different pressures inside the barrel. That is why you have to check whether or not you weapon can shoot both. Basically and almost only counts in horshoes and hand grenades... especially when you are talking about guns.

Yes. Now... that is not to say that a .223 will not fire in a weapon that is designed to shoot 5.56 but like I said before the pressures inside the barrel are different so you can in fact damamge the weapon or increase the possibility or something going wrong.

If your gun is chambered in 5.56 it can shoot the .223 no problem, but if your gun is chambered in .223 it might have issues.

Yes there are certain guns that only accept .223. Any AR however will accept .223 or 5.56

There's also a slight difference in neck length, IIRC. It doesn't hurt the gun in and of itself, but it does adversely affect accuracy.

The ruger 10/22 in my opinion the the funnest gun ever to shoot! $15 gets you 600 rounds and a full days worth of shooting. don't get me wrong i love to shoot my Bushmaster AR15, but i would much rather shoot my .22 all day and pay nex to nothing for it!

It is a Benelli Nova Pump, The AR sights look like ARMS sights. The scope is a AimPoint on the M4.
