  • @communalblood Fuck yeah, he will be sorely missed. I am still very confused as to why he left just as they were preparing for world domination and everything :( and (no offense to the man, as great as he is), for what? His solo project will probably go nowhere :(

  • fuck yes. SAW THEM LIVE :D <3

  • If you guys like this, you should also check out the Japanese Post Rock band "TOE", I personnaly think they are ASIWYFA's long related influence.

  • @WanderAndringa they are a little more mathy and less heavy than ASIWFYA, but still awesome!

  • This band reeeeally help me concentrate!

  • this is music

  • I read a brilliant quote from Dan Hegarty from RTÉ 2FM there "They make mogwai sound like McFly". I never laughed so hard at a quote before.

  • Like a young, vibrant Mogwai. Which is of course a huge compliment.

  • i saw them 4 hours ago live in amsterdam, best fucking concert of my live, the croud was extatic, moshing, and alive, and i headbanged so hard i smashed my head into an amp, they walked into the croud and i got a vinyl single signed by drummer and lead guitarist, i am in a dream. FUCK IT WAS SO AWESOME

  • @xSuperXFailurex Niice, I'm sure whatever damage that was done to your head by the amp was worth it right? :)

  • @CindyNihgt it was worth breaking a leg. still by far the most awesome live gig. EVER. i had a lump on my head for three weeks after lol

  • @xSuperXFailurex Hey! ^^

  • @Whovle YOW biatch =D whatup

  • @xSuperXFailurex Netjes, pik!

  • @xSuperXFailurex It is a compliment!

  • @xSuperXFailurex lol you're epic.... Does your head still hurts from the amp you crashed into? xD

  • How could you actually DISLIKE this song/video? I want a compulsorily 'explain yourself' before you click dislike in the future.

  • @dannyparkinson its wanky repetitive riffs and powerchords, boring

  • @blistersonmythumbs At least you gave an explanation. Cheers

  • this track is huuuuuuuuge

  • Saw yis twice yesterday lads, in Whelans and then about 2 hours later again in the Button Factory. You blew my fuckin head off.

  • I freaking love this, Post-Rock rules!

  • Hey would appreciate if peolpe could have a listen to our song and tell us what you think? Cheers guys! : )

  • @MandalaSkies i listened to your song very good man. keep up the good work

  • Shaken the ginger guys hand when they opened for them crooked vultures...just sayin. That guys hand must have touched that of Dave Grohl....I've touched Dave Grohl JIZZ.

  • post-rock ? i really don't think so. just because it has a drama touch ?

  • I FUCKING LOVE IT, shivers down my spine and almost euphoria at 2:50, i mean the whole song is awsome but when that second bass line hits and its already blowing you away, wow, this song will never leave me, its what i live for in music, a sound that makes you feel like that.

  • Check these guys out at the late lounge in Kildare on Friday the 19th of November!!tickets on sale now!!!!

  • One of my favourite songs. Ever.

  • WTF!!!

  • belfast! béal feirste! the city of dreams.

  • the video just describes best wha's going on in my head while listening. just replace the cars, their lights, with thoughts, getting into and out of my head, streaming into all directions without any real order, but finding their way, final destination is a clear sheet of paper. it feels like everything at the same time, I'm totally overwhelmed by every single second of this song. The video fits it perfectly.

  • 0:00 - 0:10

that part blows my mind in so many ways!

  • Just saw them live at the Lowlands Festival, Holland and it's the best band I've seen during the whole weekend. OK MAYBE only second to QotSA.

  • I saw these guys on Lowlands 2010 and they were amazing live. and now I'm hooked on them!

  • @mastersparda Het is echt tof als je gaat zoeken naar bands die op LL 2010 stonden je telkens weer mede LL'ers tegenkomt :D Ze waren echt goed!

  • First listen and I'm hooked like heroin. A-MA-zing.

  • I think this is the most perfect music track I have ever heard. It makes me, simultaneously, immensely joyful and immensely sad, and yet it makes me want to dance. Sometimes, dancing drives the psychological demons away. I cannot give a better accolade.

  • VERY INTERESTING!!!! I never heard before, but I fucking love it!!! =)

  • OMG...can't stop playing this...I'm obsessed...and it feels so good :D

  • just heard fo this band about, say 20 seconds ago? fantastic!! this is the first song ive heard of them and soon be hearing more ;) :D

  • they're touring with Touche Amore and La Dispute for 10 days in the fall

  • not postrock band simply rockband

  • This track is just awesome. Saw them live at Sonisphere last weekend - thought they were amazing!

  • Saw them yesterday at the Indiependence festival in cork, Ireland....really impressed...hadn't heard them before.

  • My cousin used to be in this band!

  • They are so awesome in real. saw them at Positivus. This isn't my style of music, but their passion made be so excited and now i'm really interested in this band. There were just freaking awesome.

  • I fucking love how they didn't ruin their music with vocals

    Such a beautiful sound

  • Fantastic livee group, saw them backing up them crooked vultures at brixton and they know how to rock the stage.. i hope theyre gonnna be big real soon.

  • @JackThePianoGuy their gonna be on lowlands in the netherlands this summer, lots of bands became huge there

  • Reminds me alot of Explosions in the Sky (:

  • just awesome

  • Edging closer to post metal than post rock, at times. I really like them and Russian Circles.

  • I saw them on Positivus Festival in Latvia. What to say... I was trully shock - how the sound can go so deeply in to me and make all soul vibrate. No one can imagine power of ASIWYFA without seeing them in live - sound level was maximum. In Positivus they rocked main stage and the sound was so powerful that all festival area (5stages, large area) just started to vibrate. the sound through ears and through ground as some inner rhythm. after ASIWYFA the Muse played they songs, but the power wasn't

  • Hope see them in Latvia again!!! In live they are great!

  • They rock'd POSITIVUS FESTIVAL IN LATVIA! AMAZING.

  • saw them at TCV too, and was amazed by a good support band (for once...)

  • Saw them at Positivus! Truly a great band with enormous potential and skill! :)

  • @Cuuka Their performance at Positivus was fucking awesome!

  • @vn089 Sure it was :)

  • I listened to their music when this video only had like 3000 clicks !

My Fav band i must say :) This music is so .... magical :)

  • @TheMrjoey97 Wow how obscure you are.

  • amazing, saw them last night with TCV, such great movers

  • this band rules!!!!

  • FUCKING AWSOME!!!!!!!!!! i saw them at TCV, realy cool preformance. i am going to see them in cork in ireland with some friends :D!!!

  • Never heard of these guys; until I saw them play before Them Crooked Vultures. Holy macro; they kick ass:) I spoke with the gitarist in the lobby and bought the Letters EP directly after that. Wow!

  • Off to see them pre Them Crooked Vultures. Curious to see what they do live!

  • @akapower100 who do u think is better and so i watch you from afar or them crooked vultures?

  • @joemusiclover I guess it depends on the moment. I think I slightly prefer TCV, but they are just too different to really compare.

  • great band...

I saw them yesterday in Them CROOKED VULTURES show and that was amazing

  • @nnqotsa an ech hat keen ticket :/

  • @gdwlycan :( thats sad

  • @nnqotsa me too!!! Was amazing wasn't it

  • instrumental rock at its very best - vibrant, imaginative and somehow dramatic. The best Irish band at the moment

  • @kapusniaksebastian I'd have to disagree, what about "Enemies" they are an amazing Irish instrumental group.

  • @kapusniaksebastian O EMperor or God is an astronaut are also the best irish bands at the moment.

  • love these guys, saw them in cardiff one of the best gigs ive ever been to.

please check out my latest video!

  • Nice, fantastic music, so original, I recomend you a Mexicand Band named Austin TV

  • Ford Mondeo represent!

  • When are they playing Ireland again?

  • oh my god

  • great. didn't know them before

  • I really like their music a lot, saw them on WDR Rockpalast yesterday night, and that gig really made me smile and be happy, just because their music is so great. I'm not really into instrumental music, but these guys and their Telecasters make me cry while I listen. In a positive way.

  • @SocksInPanic saw their gig on WDR, too.

Very happy that I stumbled upon them.

  • Great track and the video is quality too, very Michael Grondy.

  • Definitely band of 2009

  • so brilliant

best band in the 2009 for me !!! long hours of listening

    a delight !!!

  • Saw them in Crane Lane. Some night. One of the best gigs iv been at in a long time. Just as good live as on here. Gig was free too!! :)

  • most of the album isnt really post rock per se, its just really awesome instrumental rock

  • One of the most interesting Post Rock bands around. Is a lot heavier that other bands of the genre.

  • @vivelavidarocka Is this really considered post rock? Sounds more like prog/math rock to me.

  • @CherubicGuardian They do Post, Instrumental and math. And so many other things. And they're definitely experimental in the progressive sense of that word. They're awesome man, that's what really matters. Cheers.

  • @vivelavidarocka Agreed. This band is crazy good! Definitely one of the most original sounding bands I've heard in a while.

  • @vivelavidarocka wouldn't really say they are full post rock

  • @ReeceHughesRocks "It's Post Rock, Jim, but not as we know it..."

  • @vivelavidarocka I heard that before, what's it from?

  • @ReeceHughesRocks Star Trek.

  • this and mars volta makes me blow
