I was wondering about that. I've never had that happen to me, so I thought maybe you cut your video short, since I couldn't understand what you were actually saying anyway. ;-)
Was your original video over 100mb in size? Maybe they have some kind of truncation thing for when a video exceeds the limit? You could always upload it again and see if it works better.
